How many days can the melons last?
Our golden melons can last up to 14 days if you place the, inside a cooler. However, we normally encourage customers to consume it as soon as possible to ensure the freshness and crunchiness of the melons.
How do I know whether the melons are ripe?
Our melons are ripe enough to consume when the skin turns yellow-orangish. Moreover, there will be no fragrance from the melon when it is ripe.
Other fruits or vegetables?
We do not sell any other fruits or vegetables at the moment. However, we are planning to expand and sell a variety of fruits and vegetables on our platform in the future.
Physical store?
We do not have any physical store for the moment being but we do have a self-collection point at Lintas.
Can I visit MyMelon's melon farm?
We are planning to open our farm at Penampang area for visitors soon. Stay tune on our Facebook and Instagram pages for latest news!
How long will my order take?
Please order your melons at least 2 days in advance to ensure that we have sufficient time for harvesting and packaging.

Delivery Policy
Can I choose my preferred delivery date?
Yes, you may choose your delivery/self-collect date at the cart section. Yes, you may choose your delivery/self-collect date at the cart section.
How can I reschedule the delivery date?
You may contact us via WhatsApp for further information. However, we do not encourage customers to change their delivery date after placing order.
Delivery zone
We only provide delivery service to Kota Kinabalu areas at the moment. We will expand our service to other areas soon.
Delivery time
You may choose your preferred delivery date and time at the cart section, which are 9:00am - 12:00pm or 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
Pickup location
Our self-collect location will be 新英姐板面 Xin Yin Jie Ban Mian Restaurant at Lintas Plaza.
Pickup time
Pick up time will be 12:00-3.30pm.
Returns and exchanges
How to request for return or refund?
You may request for FREE exchange if the melons you received were not in good condition. Please send us a photo of your melons via WhatsApp so that we can proceed the exchange procedure for you.
Cancel order
No orders can be cancelled after they are placed. Please confirm your order before placing it on our website.
